Found this video on youtube. It’s a Merv Griffin’s talk show featuring Lazaris. With celebrity guest Michael and Pat York. I remember Michael York as the british Spy Chief in those Austin Power movies.

Lazaris is a channell entity that was popular in the 80s. Especially among the Hollywood celebrity in crowds. In this show he speaks about taking it easy as we each create our own reality. Our worries and stress creates more hardship for us.

I recalled Abraham hicks says that deep Breathing is just as important as drinking water and many times more than that.

This is a summary of the guidance I have received concerning the upcoming summer solstice (June 21st). The summer solstice energies always come in like a wave, rising, peaking, and then waning. This year they will begin to be felt on June 16th, they will increase and peak on June 20th, 21st, 22nd and then decrease and subside on June 26th. (Mark your calendars.)
